A couple of things to note before your session:
-Please bring valid state issued I.D.
-Please ensure that you eat beforehand and bring snacks (preferably sugary and sweet) for your blood sugar to minimize pain.
-Please limit guests to one person as we’re still having to comply with Covid guidelines.
